Looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant

CB Title Group, LLC is a full-service title insurance agency located in Springfield, NJ, representing several of the nation’s top title insurance underwriters. Come join our growing team!

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with the President, specifically focusing on executing new business development projects, sales management support, office management, and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will excel at getting things done. The candidate will know how to take multiple projects on and see them through completion. This will require excellent communication with the team, and ability to work with in small business environment.

Bachelor’s Degree required.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

Position is part-time, 3 days per week, 12-15 hours, in office.
